Actor Jason David Frank was the subject of numerous online rumors on Sunday, November 20, when a representative for the actor revealed that he had passed away.

Green Ranger from the first season of the Power Rangers was played by American actor and MMA fighter Jason David Frank.
He played Tommy Oliver in the popular television series Mighty Morphin Power Rangers from 1993 to 1996. Even though Frank played that character for only 14 episodes, he developed a sizable fan base, and the show’s creators were happy to have him return as the white ranger and the new group leader for the remainder of the season.
Mike Bronzoulis, Frank’s trainer and close friend, posted the awful news on Facebook before Frank’s family could respond. His cause of death is unknown, and there are no recognized underlying conditions as of now. Thoughts have been put forth that the actor committed suicide.

Frank went away at the age of 49. Hunter, Jason, and Skye, his daughter from a previous marriage to Shawna Frank, from whom he got a divorce in 2001, are the only children he left behind. He wed Tammy Frank in 2003, and the two of them had a daughter named Jenna. But in 2022, she did file for divorce.
Fans who grew up watching and idolizing the Green Ranger raced to Twitter after learning of Frank’s passing to offer their sorrow and condolences to his family. Many others praised Frank and referred to him as their childhood hero.
Jason David Frank’s final on-air farewell was recited by @caiocpr1 before resigning. The Power Rangers team gathers in a circle with their fists at the end of the show as their team leader bids them farewell and expresses gratitude for their contributions to the universe. As stated in the quotation:
Thank you so much, Rangers. You’ve done the entire universe a great service, therefore I believe it’s time to bid you goodbye once more. “May the power protect you all? ”
Not the first Power Ranger to pass away at a young age was Frank. In the same series, Thuy Tran, a Vietnamese actress best known for playing the Yellow Ranger, perished in a car accident in 2001.
She was only 27 years old at the time. Surprisingly, both actors attended the same casting call for their respective roles and were cast simultaneously. While mourning Jason David Frank’s passing, the two Rangers’ fans rejoiced in his passing.
