Harley has been detained numerous times for different offenses. In June 2018, Harley was arrested for reportedly pulling Ortiz-Magro behind her car, but she was later released for lack of evidence.
She was taken into custody once more in May 2019 after allegedly dropping an ashtray on the head of Ortiz-Magro, who was then her partner, at a New Year’s Eve celebration at a Las Vegas nightclub.
After a night of drinking, she was allegedly seen pointing a gun at her boyfriend, Joseph Ambrosole, and threatening to kill him. This was followed by a heated argument that started as she was driving back home from Pho Kim Long in Chinatown to the last stop at Crazy Horse III. She was then detained once more in late June 2021.
After being imprisoned numerous times, Harley made the decision to seek treatment for her alcoholism and participated in a 28-day rehab program in Las Vegas. She gave the reason that she was looking for help: she wanted to be the best mother she could be for her kids.
Harley and her ex-partner Ortiz-Magro share a daughter, Ariana Sky Magro, who is three years old, as well as a son, Mason, who is 11 years old, from a previous union.
