Jenny also conducted extensive research, filming, and editing on UNC athletes for Sports Xtra. She then worked as a freelance reporter for the 2016 Summer Olympics in Rio de Janeiro for two months. Chiu covered the 2016 Olympic Games for the Olympic News Service in Rio, where she also staffed press conferences and interviewed athletes.
