Jon Anderson began his career as a member of a local group known as the Warriors. The band used to perform cover songs by well-known performers. Anderson later recorded a number of songs, including “Don’t Make Me Blue” and “You Came Along.” In 1968, he returned to London and joined another local organization known as the Gun. In 1968, he joined the band Yes as a founding member.
In 1969, they published their self-titled debut album. However, the band earned fame after publishing TheYes Album in 1971, which went platinum. This was followed by Fragile, another hugely popular album.
Soon after, they released Close to the Edge, another platinum-certified album. Tormato, Going for the One, Tales from Topographic Oceans, and Relayer was among their other albums produced in the 1970s. They released 90125 in 1983. His involvement with the band lasted until 2008.
