Police claim that a well-known TikTok video of a Colorado man shouting prejudiced, racist remarks toward other diners at an East Bay In-N-Out restaurant, which led to his arrest for breaking California’s hate crime statutes, has led to the guy’s detention.

Jordan Douglas Krah, 40, a native of Denver, was identified as the suspect by the San Ramon police chief. The occurrence happened late on Christmas Eve. After being posted the following day, the video soon attracted millions of views.

What Did Jordan Douglas Krah Say About Racism?

The video purports to show Jordan Doughlas Krah pestering Kim and Ha while making sexist statements about their sexual preferences and asking questions about their racial and cultural backgrounds.

Even after leaving, he can be seen returning to question the couple. He tells them to come outside and meet him after that and makes a threat to spit in their faces.

Kim told CBS Bay Area that she and Elliot were trembling and stuttering toward the end of the conversation while Krah continued to look at them for ten to fifteen minutes after the two departed the restaurant. In order to make sure Krah wasn’t close, the staff members requested if they could be walked to their car, according to Ha, who told CBS Bay Area that they were courteous.

According to the San Ramon Police Department, the video’s popularity helped officials find both the victims and the culprit.

After witnessing the TikTok, which had approximately ten million views as of Monday night, police contacted Kim and Ha via social media. They then opened a criminal probe after that.

Homophobic rant by Jordan Douglas at In-N-Out in San Ramon

The victims were made to fear for their safety, according to Jordan Police, when Douglas Krah of Denver allegedly approached them without warning and hurled homophobic and racial epithets at them.

In the TikTok video that was used to film the dialogue, two diners can be seen trying several menu items. They are being recorded as they are eating, Jordan alleges in the background, and he calls them “weird homosexuals.”

Jordan then asks the astonished looks of the guests whether they are Japanese or Korean. When one of them responds, “Korean,” the suspect says she is Kim Jong Un’s girlfriend, which is what he assumed after hearing the word.

The diners tensely laugh as the suspect continues to refer to himself as “a slavemaster” and use a homophobic insult.
