From 2003 through 2007, Joseph served as Kevin Kim’s part-time traveling guide. Working together, Kim achieved a career-high ranking of #64 on the ATP Tour.
Other players have received assistance from Coach Gilbert and the JMG team in obtaining scholarships to Division 1 schools including Stanford, Harvard, Baylor, Virginia, Columbia, UCLA, USC, and others.
Gilbert coached top boys’ and girls’ age-group players at the regional and national levels, winning several titles in the process.
The coach has been effective in keeping his private affairs out of the public eye. His wife, kids, parents, and family history are all unknown as a consequence.
