Josh Bredl was born in Colorado on January 28, 1991. Known by the ring name Bronson Matthews, he has made his mark in the WWE developmental territory NXT. In 2015, he won the reality competition series WWE Tough Enough’s 6th season, from which he earned a 1-year contract with the company. He appeared during the 6th season of WWE’s Tough Enough alongside Amanda Saccomanno, who finished as the runner-up. He earned his degree in exercise science from Colorado State University – Pueblo, where he also played collegiate football for the ThunderWolves. He then earned a try-out with the Denver Broncos in April 2015.
