Ibn Williams, a former Coppin State University basketball player, was the victim.

Williams claims that Lucian Brownlee, the assistant coach and director of player development at the time, coerced and pushed him into releasing graphic pictures and videos of himself being sexually attacked.

Williams alleges that Brownlee deceived him with a series of personal images and messages, which he used as leverage to force him into recording a private sex act on camera.

Williams resisted Brownlee’s advances for sexual relations, and Brownlee threatened to make the encounter public.
