According to police, Nunley reportedly attacked the woman with a weapon and attempted to physically detain her while she was showing the house to a possible buyer. In October, the event occurred at a residence near Glenn Street and Mountain Avenue.

Detectives were sent to gather evidence and conduct interviews following the event; they identified the culprit as Davonsiea and secured an arrest warrant. According to credible reports, the suspect in the October misbehavior and attempted kidnapping of a Tucson real estate agent was captured in Texas on December 7, 2022.
The suspect was still being held in the El Paso County Jail as of December 12, pending extradition to Tucson.

What Charges Does Juan Nunley Face?
Davonsiea is 5-foot-9, 150 pounds, bald with brown eyes, and has several tattoos on his arms, neck, and chest, according to KOLD News. Authorities and police officers believe the suspect is armed and dangerous, and anybody who sees him should avoid approaching him.
Juan was convicted of second-degree escape and sentenced to two years in Graham County in 2018. According to the Arizona Department of Corrections, the perpetrators have been convicted of several terrible crimes in Pima County during the last 20 years.
