His responsibilities included creating and directing the Tribunal as well as trying tax matters. He was also a former Adjunct Faculty member at Emory University School of Law from 2006 to 2018. The judge left Morris, Manning & Martin, LLP, where he had worked for 38 years, from 1982 to 2021.
He has recently been fulfilling his duties as a judge at the State of Georgia’s Office of State Administrative Hearings, which he joined in January 2013.
