Bryan sped away from the scene after their boat collided with a pontoon boat in open water. An off-duty police officer helped the people in the other boat, but Justin never reported the incident.
Following his arrest, Bryan was charged with DWI and hit-and-run. Additionally, he was charged with negligently operating a watercraft and causing injury.
