The group had put off the release of their music and album because of the Itaewon Tragedy, also referred to as the 10/29 Tragedy (to lessen the pain associated with the district’s name). On November 4, 2022, the album was intended to be released.
The agency distributed single-concept images before October 30, 2022, when the country would be in mourning. The publication of the final album, music video teasers, and group and unit concept images have all been put on hold until further notice.
When will Xdinary Heroes’ Overload be released?
As they approach their first debut anniversary the following month, the Happy Death Day band Xdinary Heroes will soon be embracing fans with their most recent release, Overload.
The group’s second release, Overload, came out just five months after their EP Hello, World! The fivesome made a stunning entrance, and as JYP Entertainment’s second K-band in seven years, all eyes have been on them since. The new Ordinary Heroes Overload schedule offers a variety of content that will pique fans’ interests for a considerable amount of time.
In contrast, Overload features seven tracks. Among these are Hair Cut (the song’s title), Sleep Talk, LUNATIC, Crack in the Mirror, Ghost, and X-MAS. All seven songs on the album were actively co-written by the six members, Gunil, Jiangsu, O.de, Gaon, Jun, and Han.
The pun on the long-haired concept photos that the K-band members delivered to fans are the title song, Hair Cut. The song describes a desire to shave off undesirable notions and start over by associating hair with them.
Recent Xdinary Heroes news includes details on the debut concert and year-end award nominations. As JYP Entertainment’s first band in nearly six years, six incredible fellas caught the internet by storm in December of last year with the satirical song Happy Death Day.
The group is competing for many Best New Artist awards with their first hit having received over 27.9 million Spotify plays.
For Happy Death Day, the band has been nominated for Best Band Performance, Best New Male Artist, Song of the Year, and Artist of the Year at the 2022 MAMA Awards.
All of the nominees on the list are automatically nominated for the final two categories. At the 2022 Genie Music Awards, The K-band has been nominated for the Best Male Rookie Award. Additionally, they will perform their debut solo show from December 16–18, 2022.
