Kara Keough broke the heartbreaking news that her father, Matt Keough, had died on May 3, 2020.

Her Newborn Son Was Killed

Kara Keough revealed on April 14, 2020, that she and her husband Kyle Bosworth were mourning the loss of their newborn McCoy Casey. She revealed in an Instagram post that her son died as a result of “shoulder dystocia and a compressed umbilical cord” during his birth.

According to the post, McCoy was born on April 6, 2020, at 3:10 a.m., measuring 21 inches and weighing 11 pounds and 4 ounces. McCoy’s strength and size, according to Kara, astounded them. “He joined our Heavenly Father and will live forever in the hearts of his loving parents, his adoring sister, and those who received his life-saving gifts,” she continued.
