A remodeling expert named Karen E. Laine will soon air Good Bones: Better Yard 2022 on HGTV. The show will have its network debut on Tuesday, November 15, 2022, at 9 p.m. and 8 c. Expert gardener Karen will continue her passion for restoring Indianapolis’ outdoor spaces to their best use in Good Bones: Better Yard 2022.

Prior to beginning her career as a professional renovator, Karen worked as a full-time attorney for Jensen Law and the Marion County Prosecutor’s Office.
She graduated from the Robert H. McKinney School of Law at Indiana University and started working as an associate attorney with Cohen & Malad in 1990. Then, until 2017, she worked for a variety of different law firms and offices before taking a “sabbatical.”
Mina Starsiak, the host of The Good Bones: Better Yard, bought a $37,500 dilapidated property, which sparked her love for renovation in her mother. Mina had asked her mum to help her fix up the house. After this house, Karen and Mina began renovating houses in their spare time.
After their third or fourth project, the mother-daughter partnership decided to make improvements to their full-time job. In 2008, they started their own remodeling business called Two Chicks and a Hammer. They planned to renovate one home in each of their preferred neighborhoods.
They also used a flip camera to record their pilot episode, which they sent to HGTV. The program’s initial season has been extended for a full run. In 2016’s Good Bones, the mother-daughter pair made their television debut. In 2017, Mina said:
To spend more time with her husband Roger, who has been diagnosed with cancer, Karen announced her resignation from Good Bones in September 2019.

Karen pleasantly surprises a young couple with a yard makeover in Good Bones: Better Yard 2022.
In the first episode of the show, titled A Forever Yard, Karen will help a young couple who will soon become parents with a yard makeover. The young couple’s property is unkempt and full of dead trees, poison ivy, and rodents. The couple had thought about selling their house because of the yard.
On the other hand, Karen and her knowledgeable crew save their home by constructing a multifunctional outdoor haven for the family.
