Kari explicitly states in the above-mentioned quotation that she is “the holdout Gringo.” A few days later, many people said she is a White woman. One of the public figures said on Twitter,
“I didn’t pay much attention to her throughout the election, but now that I’ve had some time to dig further…Look, I’ve been Black my entire life, and I believe Kari Lake is Black who is passing for white.”
Several folks posted the same thing. However, Kari has not resolved the situation, therefore it is unknown if Kari is White or a passing woman.
Kari Lake’s Family History
Kari was born in Rock Island, Illinois, on August 23, 1969. She is the daughter of a teacher and a nurse. Larry A. Lake is her father, and Sheila A. Lake is her mother.
In addition, Kari has eight siblings, seven of whom are sisters and the remaining one is a male. Kari has also spent the majority of her life in Iowa with her eight siblings.
