Ruby Lake is Kari Lake’s first child, and her father is Colombian. Her father’s family comes from the South American country. Kari once revealed on Facebook that her husband and children are Colombian-born Americans.

After speaking out against children enjoying and visiting drag concerts, an Arizona drag queen accused Republican Kari of hypocrisy.
The complainant said he had performed in front of Kari’s little daughter, Ruby.
Kari had earlier that month retweeted a video of a drag queen performing in front of children in Texas. She described the act as grooming and abusing a child.
Rick Stevens later admitted to throwing parties at Lake’s house. Soon after, he began posting images of Lake posing with him and other drag performers on social media. He appears to have visited Lake’s home in 2012 and 2014.
Lake’s daughter Ruby, who was in elementary school at the time, was told by Stevens. Lake’s campaign then denied any such incidents occurred.
