Katee Sackhoff will marry writer and producer Robin Gadsby in October 2021.
The ceremony was small and intimate, filled with love and blessings from close friends and family members.
“Two weeks ago, surrounded by friends and family, I married a man who is far too good for me,” she confirmed on Instagram.
“How I pulled that off, I’ll never know, but I’ll spend the rest of my life aware of that fact and striving to be the person he already thinks I am on a daily basis,” she added. @robin gadsby.”

Prior to the wedding and subsequent announcement post, not much was known about her relationship or wedding.
On October 5, 2021, she posted a photo of herself in her wedding gown with a “17 yr old magnum bottle of Insignia [sic].”
“Tell me you had an incredible wedding without telling me you had an incredible wedding,” she wrote in the post.
The post was followed by the previously mentioned wedding announcement post, which revealed the wedding photo and the big day’s details.
The bride wore her wedding gown and carried a bouquet in the black-and-white photograph, while the groom wore a three-piece suit.
As they walked down the aisle, the newlyweds held each other’s hands.
Katee Sackhoff and Her Husband Are Content
Sackhoff has become an open book about her life with her husband, Gadsby, since the wedding.
The Battlestar Galactica actress regularly updates her Instagram followers on her daily life and how she and her husband are managing a happy marriage.
For example, she dedicated 2022’s Valentine’s Day post to her boyfriend, sharing a polaroid photo of the two of them. “My everlasting Valentine,” she added in the caption.
Similarly, Gadsby hinted in his New Year 2022 post that the highlights of 2021 were the times he spent with his friends and family.
The actress’ husband went on to say that he was thankful for his wife because they had some wonderful times together in the last year.
The Couple Has a Baby Girl as Well
Sackhoff and Gadsby welcomed a baby girl on December 6, 2021, just over a month after their wedding.
“This year, Christmas came early for us. Ginevra Grace Gadsby joined us on December 6th “The actress revealed her baby’s name and birth date on Instagram.
Since then, she and her husband have been frequently seen playing with their child and enjoying their newfound parenthood.
Sackhoff, Katee Karl Urban, A Former Boyfriend
Sackhoff’s current happy family life is clearly the result of a couple of failed relationships.
One of those relationships was with New Zealand actor Karl Urban, whom she met in 2014 while traveling with members of their families.
They quickly became close, and their romance became public in early 2015.
However, the relationship did not last. The two split up in 2018, with Urban confirming the news in an August 2019 interview.
Before dating Urban, the actress was in a relationship with her long-term boyfriend, producer Scott Niemeyer.
