Kayla Gaebel was a cheerful, joyful girl who enjoyed life and had a bright future ahead of her, according to her family and friends.
She worked as a dental assistant and was engaged to be married. There were no adversaries or issues that she was aware of that may have caused her to vanish.
Around nine o’clock on Wednesday, November 9, 2023, Kayla left her Shakopee, Minnesota, home. She promised her fiancé that she would return shortly after going to supper with a friend.
She never went back to her house and never got in touch with anybody. Around 10 p.m. that evening, her phone was last contacted in the vicinity of Prior Lake, approximately 10 miles from Shakopee.
It was silence after that. Her loved ones attempted to contact her by phone and text, but they received no reply. Concerned, they called the police the next morning to report her missing.
Kayla and her car have vanished from sight ever since. Regarding what happened to her, the police have not disclosed if they have any leads or ideas.
All they have said so far is that they are handling her case as a top priority in their search for a missing person.
Some have claimed that because of Kayla’s color or background, her case is being disregarded or neglected.
