After 86 days of fasting, Palestinian prisoner Khader Adnan passed away in an Israeli jail, ending his hunger strike. Everyone was shocked when the Palestinian Prisoners Society revealed the shocking information. Adnan was taken to the hospital early on Tuesday after being discovered comatose, but all attempts to revive him were unsuccessful, according to the Israel Prison Service (IPS).
The IPS claims that Adnan objected to getting examined and treated by a doctor. Terrorists fired at least three rockets from the Gaza Strip after the announcement, but nobody was hurt. Adnan was due in court this month on charges of inciting terrorism and participation in a terrorist organization. He was from Jenin in the occupied West Bank and had been in and out of Israeli captivity for the last two decades. Khader has also participated in five hunger strikes.
Funeral and Obituary for Khader Adnan
Everyone was shocked when Khader Adnan’s obituary was published by the Palestinian Prisoners Society. The Israeli Prison Service formally declared Adnan’s death following his hunger strike, according to the Convicts Affairs Authority, the Palestinian Prisoners Society, and the institutions that house convicts.
According to the Ministry of Prisoners and Ex-Prisoners Affairs, Adnan had been on a hunger strike for around 86 days in protest of his unjust detention. The prisoners were informed of Adnan’s martyrdom because he was close to passing away and in critical condition due to the Israeli authorities disregard for his medical needs by putting him in a cell after 86 days of a hunger strike and refusal to comply with his demands.

After Khader Adnan’s death, people are interested in learning more about his health. There were, however, few specifics available. Officials from the Israeli prison system said that Adnan refused to receive medical evaluation and care. Israel was accused of medical misconduct by Adnan’s attorney.
Israel reportedly wanted to be moved to a civilian hospital so that he could be adequately supervised, according to sources.
