Kit Connor is not homosexual. Though not quite voluntarily, he came out as bisexual on Twitter on Monday night.
In a tweet, Connor said, “back for a second.” “I’m bi. Congratulations on bringing an 18-year-old out of the closet. I think some of you missed the point of the show. Bye.”
Social media users have long accused the actor of “queerbaiting” because Nick Nelson is bisexual and Connor has only lately come out as gay.
Heartstopper is based on the wildly successful web comic of the same name, which later expanded into a series of graphic novels.
