The San Francisco 49ers’ head coach, Kyle Shanahan, has been wed to Amanda “Mandy” O’Donnell for more than 15 years. They gave birth to three kids during this time.

The biggest difference for him was the first of the three. Additionally, it was the occasion that most influenced him.
In addition, Kyle Shanahan was in a tight spot at the age of 27 when his wife Mandy fell pregnant with their first kid. He put through 12-hour shifts with the Houston Texans, taking part in two practices daily.
Even if he were to be there for the delivery, Mandy wasn’t certain. Though he was. He was present when his daughter Stella Taylor Shanahan was born on August 7, 2007.
Even the recipient was “coaxed” through the delivery by him. Up until she was born, he kept his cool. In addition, he started wailing as soon as she was born. According to his wife, Shanahan matured after her birth of her. Mandy said at the time, “He is much more responsible.”
Stella became his top priority right away. But he didn’t see the maturity right away. He made a joke that “I still feel like a child” one month after the birth of his daughter. He experienced the identical sensations as before.
Mandy was in charge of taking care of Stella and her family while Shanahan worked with his staff. He commended his wife for having the fortitude and capability to take care of the infant while he was away. Furthermore, he periodically neglected Mandy since he was so focused on his daughter. He believed she was “ideal” and was quite wary of her.

At Cherry Creek High School in Denver, which both Shanahan and Mandy attended, they first became friends. He was older than he was by one year. After she graduated from high school, they started dating.
However, there are several bumps in their love journey. Due to their different educational trajectories, they split up soon after, although they remained close friends. It took a disaster for them to reconcile. When Nancy, Mandy’s mother, was given a cancer diagnosis in 2001, Shanahan took care of her.

She did realize he was the one at that very time. After going through that with him, she acknowledged to SFGate that she couldn’t picture being with anyone else. Shanahan had never given young marriage much thought. He had to change those plans because of Mandy.
The couple got hitched on July 5, 2005. In 2009, not long after Shanahan and Mandy welcomed Carter, their second child, Stella, and Stella became sisters. Given that he was given the name Dwayne Michael Carter Jr. and that the coach is well known for his love of hip-hop, it’s possible that Lil Wayne inspired the choice of name.
2013 saw the birth of Lexi, their third and youngest child. Due to Shanahan’s work, his family has frequently had to move. He currently works for the San Francisco 49ers in California, where the family has moved.
