In a new interview, Lala Kent stated that many ‘strange’ aspects of Tom Sandoval and Raquel Leviss’ friendship were ignored by those close to them.
In a new interview, Lala Kent, 32, discussed red flags she spotted in Tom Sandoval and Raquel Leviss’ friendship before to their scandalous affair.
The Vanderpump Rules star alleged on Tuesday’s episode of Jeff Lewis’ Sirius XM show that her co-stars were once discovered “under the sheets” together.
She explained that the unidentified person remembered “opening the doors and finding Sandoval and Raquel beneath the covers together” but thought, “This is strange, but they’re just best friends.”
Lala stated that the encounter occurred off-camera at “some party” and that she had her suspicions about Tom and Raquel long before Tom’s long-term girlfriend Ariana Madix discovered that he had been cheating on her with Raquel since July 2022.
The blonde beauty revealed to Jeff that she thought to herself at one point, “These two have crossed a limit. She never told Ariana about her suspicions because they had been “very close for a time” and she lacked evidence.
On the March 22 edition of Watch What Happens Live, fellow Vanderpump Rules actress Brittany Cartwright expressed similar feelings regarding Tom and Raquel’s friendship-turned-affair.
“There were times when we attended certain parties and Tom and Raquel were there, and I thought to myself, ‘This is sort of strange,'” she told Andy Cohen.
She stated that she disregarded her suspicions and reasoned, “Tom Sandoval makes friends pretty quickly with different individuals, so I figured they’re probably just close friends for now.”
Tom and Raquel both utilized social media following the disclosure of their affair. They apologized for hurting Ariana and others but did not comment on their current relationship situation.
The putative new couple has been spotted together since the news surfaced, but Ariana, who recently ended her relationship with Tom, is unconcerned. Recently, while running errands, she was approached and she stated she didn’t care what her ex and Raquel were doing.
She stated, “I don’t know what they do” in a video acquired by Page Six. “I no longer care about anything that any of them does at this time.”
