Lawrence O’Donnell, 67, of MNSBC, hasn’t been the same person since divorcing his wife. Following the dissolution of nearly two decades of blissful married life, the Boston native is still coming to terms with the traumatic experience.
The host of The Last Word With Lawrence O’Donnell’s post-divorce life has been marred by tragedies and mishaps on his part, from nearly meeting his maker while vacationing with his brother to the surfacing of a video of his infamous workplace meltdown.
However, Tamron Hall, a former MSNBC personality who was allegedly dating him, emerged as a ray of hope after she revealed her desire to have children.

If Lawrence and his alleged girlfriend decide to start a family, he will have a much easier transition into parenthood. After all, the 67-year-old author and TV host already have a daughter with his ex-wife Kathryn Harrold, Elizabeth Buckley Harrold.
He married Kathryn, the Nightwing actress, in 1994 after meeting through a mutual friend in New York, only to divorce 19 years later in 2013. In many ways, Kathryn was his better half, a sort of good luck charm. Nothing confirms this more than the events that followed.
Lawrence and his brother were on vacation in the Virgin Islands less than a year into their divorce when they were involved in a drunk driving accident as passengers in a taxi.
And for the next three years, the former Democratic chief of staff for the Senate Finance Committee remained dormant until an 8-minute video of his meltdown on the set of his show was leaked in September of 2017.
Following the leak, he apologized on Twitter.
The release of his meltdown footage came less than three months after he signed a new contract with MSNBC.
Lawrence, who has a reported net worth of $16 million, is guaranteed a $4 million salary under the new agreement.

Tamron Hall Is Dating: Former MSNBC Personality Is Open To Having Children
Many people may not recall, but rumors about Lawrence and Tamron Hall’s romance circulated long before the former’s divorce was finalized.
In February of 2012, the New York Post was the first media outlet to report on the developing romance between the MSNBC personalities.
Neither Lawrence nor his alleged girlfriend, who has a sizable salary and net worth, have publicly addressed the rumors.
After attending the 2016 White House Correspondents’ Dinner, the rumored couple sparked dating rumors once more. Tamron revealed her plans in an interview with People Magazine earlier that year, adding fuel to the fire.
“I haven’t given up hope of having a child.
But I hope that whatever path I take to parenthood, whether it’s adoption or I’m able to conceive, I’m able to give someone as beautiful a life as my parents gave me.”
Unfortunately, Tamron revealed on Twitter in 2017 that she was dating a man named Tony. She left MSBNC and the Today Show less than a month later. She is now happily married to music manager Steven Greener. Tamron’s lifelong dream was realized when the couple welcomed their first child, Mosses, in April 2019; the same year they married.
The former Today Show co-host shared the joyous news on Instagram, posting a photo of herself holding her bundle of joy. She was wearing a homemade hat with the word Moses written across it in the photo.
Tamron revealed the news two months after she opened up about her marriage on Instagram. She revealed her pregnancy to her followers in the same video.
Lawrence has been preoccupied with politics while his alleged ex-girlfriend has been preoccupied with parenting. In May 2019, the polarizing anchor sparked controversy by accusing White House Counselor Kellyanne Conway of violating the Hatch Act.
His claims came after Kellyanne allegedly made disparaging remarks about presidential candidate Joe Biden.
