Lil Uzi’s Ex-Girlfriend Brittany Byrd Accused Him Of Pointing A Gun At Her

After pleading guilty in 2021 to an assault case involving his ex-girlfriend Brittany Byrd and rapper SAINt JHN, Lil Uzi Vert, whose real name is Symere Bysil Woods, will not go to prison.

According to the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office, Lil pleaded no pleas to all charges, including felony assault with a firearm and misdemeanor harm to a girlfriend.

The artist was sentenced to three years of formal probation, one year of mental health and substance abuse treatment, fifty-two weeks of counseling and restitution for domestic violence, and a ten-year criminal protection order.

After being charged with three felonies, including possession of a pistol, criminal threats, and domestic violence, as well as a misdemeanor charge of carrying a loaded firearm, Woods agreed to a plea arrangement.

Brittany Byrd, the ex-girlfriend of Lil Uzi Vert Symere, allegedly accused him of brandishing a firearm at her. She went to the West Hollywood sheriff’s office and filed a report against Lil, claiming he had placed a gun on her stomach.

According to TMZ, Brittany was spotted at the Dialog Café in West Hollywood with SAINt JHN discussing a current project. However, Lil appeared at the gathering and engaged JHN in a brawl.

Woods allegedly assaulted SAINt, and when Byrd approached him, he attempted to shoot her in the stomach with a handgun.

JHN left the scene after the fight, and Brittany went to the doctor before filing her complaint. Before the event, Brittany had an ongoing dispute with Lil’s current girlfriend, JT.

The 26-year-old singer was in a relationship with Byrd from 2014 until 2017. After moving from California, Woods was attending Parsons School of Design when she met Byrd.

Brittany is referenced in the song Nuyork Nights 21 by the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania native, who has also written multiple more songs about her. Byrd also appeared in the music video for Lil’s Money Longer.

Byrn is a curator and an artist, in addition to being the owner of the Byrd Museum, an online marketplace offering a variety of creative products like furniture, sculptures, and paintings.
