Under the Children and Young Persons Act, the 33-year-old teacher at Kinderland’s Woodlands Mart preschool was accused of mistreating a 23-month-old girl on June 30. The infant was made to lie down, and water was poured into her mouth.
Because of the seriousness of the accusations, Lin Min’s case garnered attention when she appeared in court via video link. To safeguard the affected victims throughout the judicial process, the court issued a gag order.
