Little Women Has Issued An Apology After Their Poster Designs Were Found

Little Women

The creators of Little Women have apologized after being accused of using their poster designs without permission. In-joo, In-kyung, and In-hye, three of the show’s sisters, are shown on the poster moving in the direction of an unidentified place.

This ad appears to be quite similar to one released in 2016 by Shiseido, an Asian cosmetics business with a primarily European and American market.

When fans saw the similarities, they took to social media to discuss the posters. Several fans went to Korean online message boards to point out that the poster copied some of the same themes, such as the bright and dark pastel tones, from the initial release in 2016.

The three sisters are shown moving toward a better future in the teaser image for the drama. The poster was made by the design team following extensive deliberation. In the future, we’ll be more meticulous and ensure that this doesn’t happen again.

This is awful for the program, which has received praise from the audience. Three sisters’ lives and their attempts to elude their tragic fate are central to the storyline.

The program is currently centered on In-joo and In-Kyung. As the two discover a connection between the latter’s theft investigation and the former’s firm’s accountant’s death, their professional lives will converge.

Thus yet, the program has just provided a blue orchid that pops up everywhere as a signal. Moreover, Choi Do-il (Wi Ha-joon), the person who supports In-joo, appears to be a friend of mayoral candidate Park Jae-sang (Uhm Ki-joon).

We’ll have to wait and see if the three sisters in Little Women succeed in overcoming their respective challenges. For instance, In-Kyung will make an effort to stop her sister In-joo from claiming the 2 billion Won that her deceased coworker left for her in the next episode.

This is a short translation of a few of the comments as the vast majority are in Korean. One of the viewers voiced worry that open intellectual material copying has increased recently, endangering the nation’s rich cultural heritage.

Another fan noted that the similarities went beyond concept and technique, pointing out that the Little Women drawing’s depiction of the three major characters’ clothing was similar to that of the original poster.
