A personal assistant, a security guard, a stylist, and a photographer were among the plaintiffs. They said that they had a bad experience working with Trevejo and that as a consequence, they suffered financial, emotional, and bodily injury.

It is said that she spat on them, slapped them, threatened them, had fits, and exposed them to COVID-19.
She reportedly broke their contracts and neglected to reimburse them for their services. Trevejo refuted the accusations, claiming they were untrue and driven by avarice.
She said that she would stand up for herself in court and expressed her shock at the claims.
She said that the plaintiffs were attempting to destroy her career and get money from her. As of December 2023, the case is still unresolved.
