Carol’s wedding drew little attention, neither online nor off. She wed Major Ryan Harmon in June 2019. Politico reports that the bridesmaids included Anne Schroeder, Brianna Keilar, and Elyse Labott.
The wedding was also officiated by Julie Mason. The list of attendees also included Adelman, Margaret Talev, Jeff Mason, Kate, and Brooke Brower, Erica Werner, Kristen Welker, John Hughes, Dafna Linzer, Bart Gellman, Elena Nachmanoff, Nedra Pickler, Dana Milbank, Anna Greenberg, as well as Jerry Seib and John Garcia. In New Hope, Pennsylvania, at the Hotel du Village, the event was held.
Through mutual connections, Carol Lee and her husband were put in contact
Fernando Lujan and Brianna Keilar, who share friends and are both married, are to thank for this. According to the Politico Newsletter of the time, they introduced Lee to the man who she would later call her husband.
At a BBQ that Lujan and Keilar hosted, Lee and Harmon first got to know one another. Following their initial meeting, the two stayed in touch and eventually started dating. The newsletter claims that Lee got down on one knee during the 2018 holidays.

The national political reporter had a son named Hudson Lee before she was married to her partner. She may have had a past relationship; but, since she hasn’t made the details of her ex-relationship partner public, this cannot be proven. On Hudson’s birthday in 2018, the reporter herself shared this information in a birthday tweet.

The Washington, DC resident graduated with a journalism degree from the journalism program at New York University. Following graduation, she spent three years reporting on politics in Florida, including the 2008 presidential election. She then moved to Washington and began working as a White House Correspondent for newspapers like Politico and The Wall Street Journal.
Carol was hired in 2011 to work as the White House Correspondent for the Wall Street Journal. She has previously reported on the White House for Politico, starting with the Chicago transition of President Obama.
She served as the White House Correspondents Association’s president as well. Lee is currently a regular national political correspondent for NBC News and a pundit for radio and television outlets like Sirius XM, CNN, MSNBC, and NPR.
