The charming reality show Love Island follows a group of single participants, known as “islanders,” who live in a luxurious mansion isolated from the outside world. A dedicated group of singles will go to Mallorca, near Sant Llorenc, to find their soulmate this season.

Mal Nicol did not announce surgery. Her procedure is rumored. Many Love Island contestants have had Botox and filler before the program, but others have gone farther. One of the biggest Love Island transformations was Megan Barton-Hanson’s. She entered the villa in 2018 after spending £40,000 on cosmetic surgery to enhance her confidence.
Last summer’s champion Ekin-Su Cülcüloglu came at the villa with new teeth and £1,200 fillers. Her £4,000 veneers were done at Dental Design in Antalya, Turkey, according to her Instagram highlights. The actress said she had 10 top teeth and 11 bottom teeth done in a post-op Q&A.
Another Cheshire clinic video showed the former soap star getting cheek, tear trough, and jawline augmentation. Her stunning model features made Maura Higgins a success on Love Island in 2019. Later, photos showed her in a new light. Maura’s lips were smaller than ever in one school photo.

Mal often posts images of herself having fun in the city and with pals on her profile. She also has over a million TikTok likes for influencer-style posts. She posted often until May, when she last posted a video of herself enjoying a balcony summer evening.
