The youngest child of James Hetfield, a rock artist, and his wife Francesca, an American of Argentinian descent, is Marcella. She was born at the beginning of the 2000s. While James, despite leading a private life, does occasionally appear in the media, his wife and children have almost always remained anonymous.
On January 17, 2002, Marcella Francesca Hetfield was born in San Francisco, California. However, the Gen Z celebrity daughter also spent some time in Vail, Colorado, the place where her mother was born.
According to reports, she still alternates between Vail and California. Marcella was born weighing 8 pounds, 5 ounces, and measuring 21 1/4 inches.
James was the only one of the Master Of Puppets singer’s three children to be present for Marcella’s birth. The multiple Grammy winner was the only one whose umbilical cord could be severed.
The Downey-born heavy metal musician claims that his second daughter essentially brought his family back together after he had previously been very disengaged.
Hetfield also quit going hunting after the birth of Marcella because he thought it wasn’t worth it. The third child of James was frequently referred to as “my little angel.”

After getting married, the couple would have three kids, including Marcella. The family has spent most of its time in California throughout the years, with sporadic trips to Vail, the hometown of Marcella’s mother.
Marcella does, or at least that special someone, does, have a boyfriend. But James and his wife’s youngest child haven’t said much about her boyfriend, citydogdoctor, who allegedly goes by Alex Yelamos as his real name on Instagram. On May 24, 2020, Hetfield posted his photo for the first time to her Instagram followers.
