Marcus T. Paulk was detained for a DUI and marijuana possession in Arizona on February 1, 2015, according to TMZ.
Law enforcement sources claim that the musician is thought to have been detained by Maricopa County Sheriff’s deputies following a Super Bowl party and blew a.109. He allegedly had a bag of marijuana with him.
During a routine stop in Scottsdale, Paulk was pulled over for being too close to the emergency vehicles. According to the Police, he allegedly failed a field sobriety test and acknowledged to ingesting Hennessy and marijuana earlier in the day.
Marcus T. Paulk was granted unsupervised probation for one year.
The singer of My Time Is Money received a one-year probationary period without supervision later in March 2015.
According to reports, the performer, who was 28 at the time, admitted guilt to a DUI misdemeanor charge.
Marcus has previously encountered the law. The rapper was arrested in 2013 after being accused of striking and kicking his ex-girlfriend, but he avoided jail time by entering a plea bargain.
