31-year-old Maria Libri is a well-known journalist, author, model, and actress who recently married Chris Kattan. The couple is about to exchange vows. Kattan announced the proposal on Instagram on March 27.
He shared a few photos and claimed that the proposal occurred during a Wilco concert in Chicago. Maria’s favorite song, I’m the Man Who Loves You, was played after the proposal, despite the fact that lead vocalist Jeff Tweedy interrupted the performance. He continued, saying:
“Thank you to Wilco and Jeff, as well as everyone else who helped make this incredible moment a reality.” I will be eternally grateful. “I adore you, Maria.”
In an interview with PEOPLE, Kattan stated that their relationship worked because of their differences. Kattan mentioned that he and Libri accept each other exactly as they are:
“I knew I was in trouble when, a few months after we first met, I got to see her and spend time with her and realized our creative brains were also totally in sync (after the first sketch we did together)!” Fortunately for me, she shared my sentiments.”

Maria Libri was previously a Fox News correspondent and anchor for several Midwestern television stations. Despite initially pursuing Communications, she earned her bachelor’s degree from the College of Illinois Springfield, where she majored in Psychology. She went to the same university for her Master’s Degree in Human Services, but she dropped out after the birth of her second child.
Maria Libri has also worked as a model and spokesperson for a number of companies. She is currently residing in Springfield, Illinois. She has over 2,000 Instagram followers, and her profile describes her as a screenwriter and mother of three.

“We felt at ease with each other from the moment we met.” Call it strange, mysterious, or magical, but it’s as if we’ve known each other before. “After spending that first day together, I just knew (though I didn’t know how) that meeting Chris would change my life forever.”
Kattan and Maria Libri’s romance became public in February 2022, when Kattan posted a photo of himself and Maria smiling at the camera. According to the Springfield Journal-Register, Libri and Kattan are now romantically involved, and Chris will be seeing her frequently.
