To outsiders at least, Mark Consuelos and his wife Kelly Ripa’s union is nothing short of the ideal. They have been happily married for more than 20 years, and their union has produced three children.
The couple is stunningly attractive. It, therefore, comes to as little surprise to learn that they have passed on their good genes to their offspring, who are also incredibly photogenic.
And out of all of them, Michael Joseph Consuelos, his eldest son, appears to have inherited most of his father’s genes. The two often get mistaken for twins because of how much they resemble each other. No one can also blame them.
Michael Consuelos, the son of Mark Consuelos, resembles him. The first child of Mark and Kelly is Michael. His birthday is June 2, 1997.
It was immediately apparent that, at least in terms of appearance, Michael was more like his father than his mother. Even in his infancy, he shared a striking resemblance to his father in appearance.
His lips, jawline, and other physical traits, such as his nose, were all strikingly similar to Mark’s. And those similarities have only grown more striking as he has aged.
Michael began to resemble his father more than ever as he developed a beard and a sense of style. He even got the texture and hairline of his father, who normally wears their hair in a swoopy slick-back with his son.
Now, a sizable portion of the comments people leave when one of them shares photos of the other on social media refer to them as “twins” or “look-alikes.”
However, the parallels between the two do not end with their startling resemblance in appearance. Mark and Michael also share similarities in their work and personal interests.
Michael originally had a passion for creating and directing films. His passion for acting, however, increased with time and experience.
His early acting jobs were anti-hero ones, just like those of his father. Now, his Instagram bio reads, “Attempted Director, Occasional Writer, Aspiring Actor,” which mirrors how he feels about his work.
He has contributed to programs like Riverdale and Duck Dodgers, and he will appear in Let’s Get Physical and Dissocia in 2022 and 2023, respectively (2023).
Michael may need some time to develop the same level of expertise and talent as his father, but if Mark ever decides to be the subject of a biopic, he will know just who to cast as his younger movie self.
Children of Mark Consuelos’s Wife
As previously indicated, Mark and Kelly are parents to three children. In addition to Michael, they have a son, Joaquin Antonio Consuelos, who is the youngest of the family, and a daughter, Lola Grace Consuelos.
On June 16, 1997, they welcomed Lola, and on February 24, 2003, they welcomed Joaquin.
A real Hollywood family, the Consuelos group. In 1995, the couple first connected on the sets of the enduring soap drama All My Children.
They got married the following year on May 1 and had their children quite quickly after that, all the while continuing their show business careers.
Lola is trying to become a musician as of August 2022. Joaquin is the only one who doesn’t appear to be going into show business like his dad and brothers. Instead, he enjoys wrestling and competes for the University of Michigan’s Michigan Wolverines.
