On Friday, February 10, the 81-year-old actress shared an Instagram photo of herself getting a tattoo with the charming caption:
“Oh, my puppy!” Thank you for the lovely tattoo, @scottcampbell. “Ink will always be associated with my favorite @snoopdogg.”
On her upper arm, artist Scott Campbell drew an image of her best friend Snoop Dogg with his distinctive haircut, goatee, and sunglasses, with the words “My Dogg” etched beneath. The post surprised many online users, with many scrutinizing every detail of the image to see if it was genuine.

For nearly a decade, Snoop Dogg and Martha Stewart have been pals
In 2008, Stewart invited the rapper to her culinary program, and the two quickly became friends. Dogg quickly became a fixture on the show. Both are constantly flattering of one another, with the Drop It Like Its Hot singer admitting that he told everyone they were best friends. They have, however, never dated.
In an interview with Rolling Stone, Dogg stated:
“I’ve never met anyone who even comes close to Martha Stewart. We naturally combine love, peace, and harmony when we get together.”
Stewart wrote about her friendship with her rapper pal in her 2018 cookbook, From Crook to Cook: Platinum Recipes From tha Boss Dogg’s Kitchen. Stewart and Dogg have yet to respond to the tattoo.
