Rumor served as the rock group “The Cult”‘s drummer from 1989 to 1990. Sorum became a member of Guns N’ Roses, a hard rock band, to replace Steven Adler. Except for the Civil War song, Sorum’s drumming can be heard on “The Spaghetti Incident” and both parts of “Use Your Illusion.”
