The street dance instructor and Alexa remained close for five years. Because the dance duo always shone on a film together, it was difficult for their fans when they split up.
The previously hired choreographers served as an inspiration to many aspiring performers. However, Steffanina is now occupied with creating Tik Tok videos with his new partner after separating from his ex-fiance.
Since almost two years ago, Steffanina has been courting Destiny Kaye, who is now his girlfriend. He has been dating Kaye since July 2019, according to their first anniversary tweet on July 20, 2020.
On July 15, 2019, Kaye first featured Steffanina on her Instagram, and shortly after that, the dance team decided to go public. Since the official announcement on July 20, Kaye has frequently referenced him in her posts, and vice versa.

The previously married choreographers were spotted teaming up to compete in several dance contests. They also took first place in The Amazing Race’s 28th season.
The news spread fast after Alexa posted a video detailing their breakup in April 2020. The footage made it clear that the former partners were separated at the time and engaged.
Alexa continued, “I was happy to be single at the time because I had been in a long-term relationship for most of my life.” Even though they had been dating for a long time, she added that she had moved on peacefully. In answer to a fan’s query about whether she “hated Matt,” she said this.
The dancer’s future bride was then made known by Alexa, who said she was engaged to him. They also created an empire together, most likely referring to Steffanina’s now-famous dance school, and lived together, traveled, and even did so.
She emphasized that she did not hate Steffanina and was thankful for their years of friendship. She added that talking about the relationship from her point of view would insult him and the struggles they had faced together, so she left it at that.
Alexa said she doesn’t want to be called “Matt’s ex” because she is her person, about a particular element of their relationship. She acknowledged, however, that because she was a female, Steffanina’s ex-girlfriend was more often used to refer to her than the other way around.
