Iglesias debuted as an actor in the 1997 criminal drama La Pistola de mi Hermano at the tender age of six. Eight years passed before the 14-year-old guest appeared in his next role, which was Pablo on the Spanish medical drama series Hospital Central, despite his early start.

His role as Cabano in the Spanish adolescent drama series Physics or Chemistry propelled him to prominence. He was a regular for the first five seasons of the drama series and a guest performer for the seventh.

In 2012, he debuted as Martin in the historical drama series Toledo. The following year, he was cast as Maximiliano “Max” Exspósito in the drama series Velvet.

He also portrayed one of the primary characters, Chad Mendoza, in the Spanish telenovela Dueos del Paraiso.
