Maxim Behar is a world-renowned public relations specialist, entrepreneur, diplomat, and media expert. He is the founder (in 1994), CEO, and Chairman of the Board of M3 Communications Group, Inc., one of the industry leaders in Bulgarian public relations. In Bulgaria, the company is the sole representative of Hill+Knowlton Strategies. He lives in Sofia, Bulgaria.
Maxim Behar is a renowned public relations specialist with extensive experience and a large presence in many countries around the world. He travels extensively and often lectures on modern Public Relations and Social Media issues in front of world leaders, practitioners, students, and opinion-makers. Mr. Behar is also involved in the country’s social and cultural life. He serves on the boards of many organizations, including Junior Achievement Bulgaria (2001–2012), the Atlantic Club in Bulgaria, the Bulgarian-Polish Business Club, and the Every Child Foundation.
He was Chairman of the Board of the Bulgarian Association of Public Relations Companies (2009-2011) and is now a Member of the Board. Mr. Behar completed a training course called “Thinking Patterns for High Performance 3.0,” which was taught by Mr. Lou Tice, the founder, and president of The Pacific Institute in Seattle, in 2011.
