Knapping charges have been brought against Michael Burke and Samantha Perry for allegedly restraining and detaining the victim, a 37-year-old Lowell man.
The victim was inside the Coburn Street home when it was occupied by Marian Ryan, the Middlesex District Attorney, and Barry Golner, the Superintendent of the Lowell Police Department.
Two Lowell residents are allegedly suspected of kidnapping a man who passed away in their Coburn Street home, according to authorities.
The 37-year-old man’s death was found after Michael and Samantha carried out a search warrant at their residence after conducting a well-being check in response to the kidnapping claim. The victim’s identity is made widely known in the press.

According to Boston News, Sam and Mike, two Lowell residents, were charged with kidnapping after police found a man’s dead corpse inside their residence.
After police discovered a man’s death inside a residence, the Middlesex County District Attorney’s office reported two persons in Lowell were suspected of abduction.
According to a statement from the Middlesex County District Attorney’s office, the police were called to the couple’s Coburn Street home on Friday after learning of the death of the 37-year-old Lowell man. The 38-year-old couple has been charged.
