After designing and constructing the small restaurant himself, Voltaggio stunned the culinary world by opening it quietly and without fanfare. Three children were born into the Voltaggio family to Sharon and John Voltaggio. When the chef was seven years old, his parents divorced, and the kids first resided with their mother before going to their father’s home. Since their early years, Michael and Bryan have had a tight relationship.
