Mickey Mantle was a well-known American professional baseball player who is no longer among us. He was born on October 20, 1931, and died on August 13, 1995, making him 64 years old. He spent his entire Major League Baseball (MLB) career with the New York Yankees, where he played center field, first base, and right field. Most people considered him to be the greatest switch hitter and one of the greatest players in baseball history.
