Ellen also entered a guilty plea to tax fraud, tampering with evidence related to Michael’s death, and voluntary manslaughter with a weapon enhancement.

He received the maximum penalty possible in Mike Synder’s case, which was 11 years in prison.
Ellen qualified for parole in 2018. After being freed, Ellen is said to have moved back to North Albuquerque Acres, where she led a quiet life and reintegrated into society.
