Miller McCormick’s mother, photographer Karen Meyers, is Jewish. His father, Mark McCormick, on the other hand, is an architect.
Miller and his late brother were raised Jewish by Karen and Mark, but they attended a Catholic elementary school. While it is unknown where Miller went to school, his late brother attended Winchester Thurston School and eventually graduated from Taylor Allderdice High School.

Mac McCormick died of an accidental drug overdose on September 7, 2018. The personal assistant to the Blue Side Park singer discovered him lifeless at his Studio City residence. He administered CPR until paramedics came. At 11:51 a.m., forensics pronounced Mac deceased on the spot.
McCormick once wrote on his Instagram in tribute of his late brother,
[M]alcolm brought people together. “[T]he light, that stuff sticks,” he wrote. “I just imagine him running circles in a living room and jumping next to someone on a couch during the livestream.” [I] miss you and [I] adore you.
On Nov 5, 2018, two months after Mac’s death, the Los Angeles County Coroner’s office discovered that the Pittsburgh native died of an unintentional drug overdose caused by a combination of fentanyl, cocaine, and alcohol.
During an inquiry into Mac’s death the following year, in September 2019, police arrested three men: Cameron James Pettit, Ryan Reavis, and Stephen Walter. Cameron allegedly supplied counterfeit oxycodone to McCormick’s brother. The supply was likewise shared by the other two males. The court accused them with conspiracy and drug distribution resulting in death.

It’s unknown when the Penn State University graduate, Miller, and Cazzie David began dating, but insiders say they’ve been together for a while. When Page Six broke the news exclusively in December 2021, the outlet also stated that the two had been dating for at least a year, if not nearly two. So it has to have been around the year 2018.
Cazzie and Miller became acquainted when the former reached out to the latter’s family in the aftermath of Mac’s death. David was apparently close to the late Circles vocalist.
David and McCormick appear to be so committed that they are already living together. Page Six also revealed a real estate transaction in which Cazzie and Mac’s brother paid $450,000 for a property in the latter’s hometown of Pittsburgh in February 2021.
The house features four bedrooms and four bathrooms and is located near the tree-lined suburb of Regent Square on the city’s East End. The pair, on the other hand, is quite quiet about their connection.
Cazzie previously dated Pete Davidson, the SNL star and self-proclaimed Hollywood womanizer. Their relationship lasted until Davidson began dating Love Me Harder singer Ariana Grande. Grande was McCormick’s late brother Mac Miller’s ex-girlfriend. Grande is now married to Dalton Gomez.

Cazzie, Miller’s partner, is also a writer and producer. She also had her own web series called Eighty-Sixed. Cazzie is an Emerson College graduate. She studied in film writing and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in 2015.

McCormick was almost certainly dating someone else before his current girlfriend Cazzie entered the picture. This is strictly in response to some Instagram posts or photographs that are still available on the internet. The photos show Mac’s brother and a woman named Cody Metzger.
Not much is known about Metzger, but photos of her and Miller began to circulate in the summer of 2016, and their images continued to circulate, if infrequently, for the next few years. Even McCormick’s mother has an Instagram photo of her son and Metzger getting cozy with one other.
As of now, the putative pair appears to have split up. However, it is uncertain whether they were serious or why they broke up.
