The 11th season of “Kids Baking Championship,” which will premiere on the Food Network on Monday at 8:00 pm, will feature Los Altos baker Naiel Chaudry, a regular contributor to the Town Crier’s Food & Wine column.

With the kids’ entrepreneurial and pastry skills, there is an added competitive element in the program’s most recent season.

The two-pronged competitive format will appeal to Naiel. The eighth-grader at Bullis Charter School co-founded LàJawab Treats with his younger sister Punhal.

Locals enjoy the brother and sister bakers’ fusion treats with South Asian inspiration.

In Los Altos and Mountain View, they routinely cater special events for educational institutions and charity activities.

Naiel had to compete against himself for the first time without Punhal, though.

He said, “It was different from what I had in mind.” Initially, I was happy with my creative outlet, but after the shoot, I realized how grateful I am to have my sister nearby to help me make desserts.

Naiel continued to prosper in a situation that provided a number of difficulties despite losing his baking partner. He realized that some of his experience managing LàJawab in the real world helped him perform well on the show.

Naiel, a 12-year-old baker, is from California. His bakery is called La Jawab Treats.

The 11th season of “Kids Baking Championship” on the Food Network debuts Monday at 8 p.m. and features 13-year-old Los Altos resident and baker Naiel Chaudry. Chaudry routinely makes contributions to the Food & Wine section of the Town Crier.

Naiel Chaudry has always had the support of his parents and family. He has always competed alongside his sibling in the baking arena, but this time he will go it alone.

Naiel, however, had to compete for the first time without Punhal, and he had to win.

He said, “It wasn’t at all what I had envisioned. After filming, I appreciated how fortunate I am to be close to my creative sister, who helps me make treats.

After filming, I realized how appreciative I am to have my sister around to assist me in making sweets. “At first, I was happy having the creative sense all to myself,” she said.

Naiel discovered that some aspects of his experience managing LàJawab in real life helped him perform better on the show.

Despite losing his baking companion, he triumphed in a situation that presented him with a variety of challenges.
