Nam Joo Hyuk

Management SOOP, Nam Joo- hyuk revealed on Monday, October 17, 2022, that the actor would enlist in the military by December, although no specific date was provided. The agency’s letter stated:

Although he is needed to enlist in December, the exact date has not yet been confirmed because he has not received a draft notification.

The Start-Up actor was born in 1994, which makes him 28 years old. All able-bodied Korean males under 30 years old are required by law to register for mandatory military service. But, Nam Joo-hyuk is not the only 1994-born Korean celebrity to enlist in the military this year.

Before the end of the year, Song Kang, Jinyoung of GOT7, Kai, Sehun of EXO, and Kim Min-gue, among others, must enlist in the military. The length of Nam’s military sentence is 18 months.

Before enlisting, Nam Joo-hyuk will complete his remaining obligations.

Nam Joo-hyuk is currently filming the Disney+ television series, Vigilante. Not only that, but the great actor has a film named Remember coming out on October 26. The actor plans to enlist in the military upon completion of his current tasks by mid-November.

Fans of Nam Joo-hyuk replied on social media to the news of his enlistment. Check out some of the responses below. “Still in denial,” a fan wrote with crying emojis, presumably referring to the fact that the Korean entertainment industry had to cope with two important military-related events.

The first confirmation came from Nam Joo-agency, hyuk’s, and the second from BIG HIT MUSIC, who confirmed BTS’ much-debated military enrollment and stated that the members would do their national duty and serve in the military starting with the group’s eldest member, Jin.

Nam Joo-hyuk is currently promoting his upcoming picture Remember, which is scheduled for release on October 26.

In-gyu, a young man in his twenties, collaborates with Pil-Joo, an octogenarian with Alzheimer’s disease who seeks retribution against the Japanese for their occupation of Korea.

In-gyu is a cheerful individual who becomes caught in Pil-vengeance Joo’s plot. It will be fascinating to observe how this odd couple, who appear to have nothing in common, form a mysterious link and embark on a crazed revenge plot together.

In the drama adaptation of the same-named Naver webcomic, he will also portray Ji-yong, a college student who doubles as a vigilante. Ji-yong, his protagonist, enrolls in a police academy to track down and punish his parents’ enemies.

His character is distrustful of the contemporary justice system and argues that offenders should not be given the benefit of the doubt. He feels that the current standards should be strengthened so that even the most egregious offenders cannot evade justice.
