Nanabah Hill was born on the Navajo reservation to her father Charlie Hill and mother Lenora Hatathlie. While her birth year is unknown at the time, she celebrates her birthday every year on October 27.

Charlie and Lenora had been married for nearly 33 years. They married in 1980 and lived together as husband and wife till the death of Nanabah’s famous father Charlie on December 30, 2013.

When asked about her father’s illness, she revealed that he had lymphoma cancer. After battling illness for nearly a year, the stand-up comic succumbed to the disease and died. On January 3, 2014, his funeral was held three days following his death.

Hill’s father has passed away, yet she is not without parental affection. She still has her mother, Lenora, and a solid backup by her side. Her mother lives in her hometown of Coal Mine Mesa, Arizona.

Within a month, she was hired as an audio engineering intern at Fender Guitars. Hill relocated to California and began working as an audio engineer at Hollywood Way Studios after finishing a three-month internship at Fender Guitars.
