During a match against Fiorentina in the UEFA Conference League, Nathaniel suffered an injury. Due to a left ankle injury, he was unable to take part in another game. He claimed that because he couldn’t play on the field, the injury had affected him, but he had been talking with coaches and learning from them. Although he was selected for the World Cup, he won’t be fully recovered in time for the first match.
