On January 10, Netflix released production stills for Jung E, Yeon Sang-upcoming hee’s sci-fi film. The most recent Instagram stills show a scientific lab with intricately set cameras gathering footage for the next film.
A few photos also show staff members conversing and others filming scenes from the drama. Another still image shows the head of a robot lying on the ground.
Jung E, directed by Yeon Sang-ho of Train To Busan, is set in a world that is becoming barren and uninhabitable due to extreme climate change. Soon after, a conflict erupts in which Jung-E, the leader of the friendly troops, is cloned and used to build a battle AL.

A synopsis of the plot Kim Hyun-joo will portray the title character in Jung E. The K-drama is set in the 22nd century, when the planet has become completely barren and inhabitable due to climate change, forcing humanity to seek alternative means of survival.
As a result, humanity is forced to seek refuge within a man-made shelter where nothing is human. However, due to the perilous scenario, a conflict quickly erupts inside the bunker. Jung-E, the elite leader, is then given the fight.
Soon after, those in power decide to use Jung-E as the subject of a brain cloning experiment in order to create robots that are comparable to her in terms of loyalty, command, power, resolve, and every other distinguishing characteristic. When Jung-E is forced to fight them in order to free herself and return to her daughter, who is waiting for her, the plot twist occurs.
What can be seen in the still frames?
The stills show a scientific lab in 2194 where the battle AL Jung-E was built, surrounded by desolate land. The photographs also feature the actors who participated in the production of AL.
The English name Jung-E is inscribed on the head of the robot lying on the ground, implying that it is a member of the A.l. Jung E. During a discussion of the film, director Yeon Sang-ho stated that he was astounded by how the production staff flawlessly executed every SF concept on the film set and that everyone worked like veterans in their respective fields.

Kim Hyun-joo is now joined by Kang Soo-yeon, Ryoo Kyung-soo, and Park So-yi. Soo-yeon will play Seo-Hyun, who is responsible for the brain cloning project’s success, alongside Ryoo Kyung’s Sang-hun. Kang Soo-yeon died from a brain hemorrhage on May 7, 2022, and this was her final acting performance.
