In 2018, several allegations of sexual harassment against Thavaud were raised. In 2020, a Quebecois woman accused him of persistently requesting sexual images of her when she was 16 and he was 30.
She disclosed that she had denounced Norman to the Canadian authorities for “luring a child and sexual exploitation of minors” and had provided the police with all of the texts and images they had exchanged.
