The circumstances surrounding the shooting and subsequent murder of well-known blogger Ibrahim Tusubira, popularly known as Isma Olaxess, are being aggressively looked into by the Kampala police. Preliminary information suggests that Tusubira and his driver, Mr. Waswa Mathias, were inside their car when an unknown shooter with an SMG opened fire on it, according to Kampala Metropolitan Police Deputy Spokesman Mr. Luke Owoyesigyire.
